I worked in the above ground minimg industry for 16 years. I started as a utility. Then moved to truck and railcar loader and switchman. I ran locomotives loaded and staged railcars for shipment. Then moved to running haul trucks and loaders removing waste product to dump site. I watered roads pushed the dump site. I am jsa certified on skid steer,telehandler,cat haul truck,komatsu haul truck,water truck,bobcat,tow motor,vaccon truck,street sweeper,international short box truck. I was team leader/supervisor for 6 years. I recorded and managed inventories, put in work orders, managed work force projects, did plant inspections, managed shift turnover/safety meetings. I am certified at situational leadership2 employee training. basic rigging certified,msha certified, I was in the united steel workers union, for the last 5 years. I can improvise ways to get things done in fast paced work enviroment. I promote a safe efficiant work place at all times.
