Care for organic farm from ground up utilizing permaculture design practices. Responsibilities include: Harvesting, transplanting, seeding, weeding, preparing beds and compost, chicken raising, caring for bee hives and aquaponics system.

Manage Distribution Center responsible for delivery of 1,500 grocery totes and 18k packages weekly throughout the Bay Area.Oversee daily operations of station including: cross dock of three line hauls, managing three 3PLs and their combined 70+ delivery drivers, promoting safety throughout all processes, and addressing unique challenges as they arise each day.Guarantee complete customer satisfaction by ensuring quality of product and service surpasses expectations. Created new program for our delivery station to recycle and re-purpose 20+ pounds of plastic wrap per week.Collaborate with team on projects to decrease concessions, lower cost/delivery, increase volume, and expand delivery radius.

Implemented the distribution of IT devices across BMW North America.Facilitated cross-functional team in transfer and replacement of 400+ printers in the 4 million-square-foot manufacturing plant.Utilized Excel, Microsoft Project, and CMDB programs to pinpoint locations and manage project phases.Promoted to Project Lead to oversee successful close-out of printer replacement project for all of South Carolina.

Reported to and assisted with projects for the Directors of Operations Finance, Business & Program Support, & Technical Info.Contributed to Six Sigma Greenbelt project that improved efficiency of various revenue-generating projects across Gulfstream fleet, decreasing project approval delays by 70%.Utilized Microsoft Solver to streamline convoluted airplane manual pricing guide and increase each manual's price by roughly 4% across the board.Trained coworkers in Microsoft Solver and demonstrated how they could employ it in their respective job functions.

Utilized sustainable development principles to help impoverished people through basic business and leadership teaching.Promoted cultural understanding in two communities, one rural town and one coastal city.1). Querpón, a town of 400 people with no running water and no electricity.Worked with 2 women’s associations on topics such as leadership, self-esteem, accounting, and inventory management.Consulted with mango farmers association to help them avoid a devastating loss of about $3,500 following market analysis on a prospective investment – a large sum relative to typical field worker income of about $100 per month.2). Pacasmayo, a coastal city that depends on beach tourism.Supported local artisan groups record and maintain inventory as well as proper materials procurement procedures.Co-organized International Marathon that attracted 33% more runners than previous year.Implemented Marathon marketing campaign that generated 50% higher revenue than previous year, donated to local charity. Organized schools, key community members and mayor in a beach clean-up prior to tourist season.
