- Provide MS O365 and exchange request and support(SharePoint, shared mailboxes, MS licensed and etc.).
- Provide level 1 assistance for Citrix and RDP issues.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and escalate to 3rd party vendors if necessary.
- Deal with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to support desk and escalate to 3rd party vendors (VPN connection, Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot OS, Windows Office and etc.).
- Familiarize end users with basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation.
- Oversee and resolve queries, issues and problems assigned to Desktop Support Engineers
