Current- Responsible for providing an effective and professional recruitment service to sourced clients, from setting up partnership structures to account management
- Successfully working to challenging targets to achieve strong revenue for the business across permanent, temporary and contract – highly effective in developing new business
- Coaching candidates to produce well branded CVs and LinkedIn profiles in order to secure higher conversion of CV to interview
- Supporting candidates to complete application forms, helping them to concentrate on key words in order to secure interviews
- Reviewing all CVs to go through ATS systems in order to secure higher number of interviews
- Mentoring junior members of the team, coaching and training them through to success
