Key Responsibilities:Coordination of European Distribution Centre for Filtration sector - procurement and replenishment activities, whilst using effective logistics solutions and corporate tools. Management of finished goods inventory and lead times to optimise stock levels (DSI & $ Value), ensuring premier customer service and business growth.Liaising with key customers and suppliers to optimise the current operation, developing future business growth opportunities, developing and implementing a future value stream map.Ensuring the relevant KPI's are supported through the corporate strategy deployment process.Leading and coaching a small team, working as a high performance team, with aligned KPI goals.Working on various projects across our large network of internal customers across Parker world wide.Key ' go-to' person for system knowledge across the company (Corporate software packages, JD Edwards, MRP/DRP, Microsoft Office Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Lotus notes, intranet/share-point).Supporting acquisitions and production re-locations throughout the business whilst minimising the impact to our customers.Responsible for annual sales of $92 million p.a +, purchasing spend in excess of $40 million + p.a, 23,000 SKU's.Key Achievements:Reduction of DSI levels from 71 to 33 daysSupported & achieved sales growth plan of $110 million over 8 yearsCustomer Service Levels from 69% to 94%+
