Responsible for the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program, including the coordination and oversight of supporting initiatives in the areas of development and donor relations. Provides strategic direction and long-range/short- range planning for all these areas in the context of growing the annual giving program while supporting the greater development and campaign goals of the school.

Primary focus is on increasing and diversifying Mullen’s giving portfolio through personal engagement and fundraising, proposal development, grant writing, special events and annual planning.

Coordinates and secures the financial resources needed to support the annual operating budget for JK Mullen High School. Collaborates with the Development team on strategic planning, execution and management of fundraising engagement efforts to include donor services, daily development activities, special events, grant proposal and management, alumni and donor relations and fundraising. In the tradition of St. John Baptist de La Salle and the Brothers of the Christian Schools, Mullen High School is a Catholic college preparatory high school whose graduates embrace God’s gift of learning, devote their lives to seeking ceaselessly for His learning, and commit themselves to using His learning in the service of others. Mullen’s hallmarks are its exemplary teaching, its community of faith, its scholastic rigor, and its care and vigilance for each student.

Provided estate planning services including Wills, Trusts, Guardianships and Powers of Attorney. Also provided tax planning for taxable estates.

Worked in areas of Civil/Business Litigation. Performed various duties with regard to pre-trial preparation-drafted motions, discovery, complaints, answers and demurrers. Participated in creating limited liability corporations and in the dissolution of businesses. Performed extensive legal research.

Performed a wide range of legal research on death penalty and anti trust issues which resulted in two published law reviews articles by Professor Steve Semeraro.

Supported two attorneys with matters relating to estate planning and probate. Assisted in creating Wills, Trusts, bankruptcy documents and general civil matters. Performed legal research.

Drafted documents for Family Law, Criminal Law and Personal Injury cases. Managed client caseload, prepared discovery and formulated marital settlement agreements. Conducted meetings with clients and maintained the law library.
