Administrative/Executive AssistantMy career at Mercy progressed from the Coffee Shop to the Executive Offices where I spent my last ten plus years with them. In the Executive Offices, I provided administrative support to the hospital President, Chief Nurse Executive and Vice President of Human Resources. In addition to routine daily clerical responsibilities I functioned as overseer of tuition assistance programs for both nursing and nurse anesthesia program students, I managed the Registered Nurse Sign On and Retention Bonus program and worked closely with patients/family members, both by phone and in person regarding their concerns/complaints.
