As the Client Services Specialist, Group Medical Underwriting, I’m dedicated to meeting the complex needs of our employer clients. I lead a team that provides support to the medical underwriting process during implementation and ongoing. This team is responsible for addressing issues, resolving problems and negotiating solutions that meet the needs of the client. I represent Group Medical Underwriting at implementation meetings and work with the medical underwriting Team Leaders to provide overall guidance to the underwriting implementation of each new case sold in the group insurance employer market. In addition, I provide training to teams on new products and services and create training materials and documentation for Group Medical Underwriting.
