As a mediator, arbitrator, and neutral investigator, I leverage my 35 years of legal practice in labor and employment law and business law to help parties resolve complex and sensitive disputes. I have extensive experience in state and federal court, administrative agencies, and private and contractual alternate dispute resolution, as well as in conducting neutral fact-finding investigations. As an attorney, I am available for select employment matters. My mission is to provide high-quality and effective services that meet the needs and interests of all parties involved. I have an extensive background in representing both employers and employees in various matters, such as discrimination, wage-hour, whistleblower, contract, immigration, collective bargaining, arbitration, OSHA, FMLA, and employment practices, policies, and training. I have also represented clients in commercial litigation and business transactions. I am certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit civil mediator and by the Middle District of Florida as an arbitrator, and I am an active member of the Florida, Georgia and Colorado bar.
