As a Title and Settlement industry veteran of over 30 years I have varied experience in real estate, property management, accounting, title office management, software sales, title insurance banking and other services. In my current role Doma Title Insurance I utilize my varied experience and familiarity with software and services available today to the title insurance industry. It is my pleasure to work with our independent title agents with any software integration issues, successfully onboarding them to work with us, offering efficiency consulting and troubleshooting, and making new friends along the way. I also have the privilege of working very closely with our product development team, providing insight into projects that will increase customer satisfaction, as well as testing out new integrations. I also manage a team dedicated to helping our agents starting with their initial onboard and any other training needs throughout the relationship. I am active on the membership committee at ALTA and serve as a sub-committee chair on the Talent Committee at ALTA. I also speak publicly on a variety of topics. At Dome Title Insurance, we strive to be the easiest underwriter to work with. I am excited to be a part of the Doma Title Insurance team!
