Proficiently utilize various software platforms including Asana, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Okta, SAP Litmos, Slack, Zoom, and ZenDesk to optimize workflow efficiency.Contribute to the Calibration Project by revamping Training Team SOPs, particularly focusing on enhancements to Litmos procedures, role-plays, and other essential aspects.
