--- Database Analyst, 2011-2014Responsible for CRM systems and website testing. Mastered Marketo’s marketing automation solution and developed marketing campaigns and strategies to fit the system. Built in a lead scoring system to spec, pulled statistics and ad hoc reports, and worked closely with the Marketing Manager to constantly improve the company’s implementation. Worked as part of the CRM implementation team developing pieces of the solution, and used SCRIBE Workbench to prepare for data migration from Onyx to MS Dynamics CRM. --- IT Business Specialist, 2005-2011 Retained CRM system duties, and became a member of H&W’s Quality Assurance team. Earned and maintained certification as a Certified Software Tester (CSTE) from The Quality Assurance Institute (QAI), and was responsible for testing the corporate website as well as assisting in the testing of current products. Ran backups on mainframe systems, which included modifying JCL and troubleshooting antiquated tape drives. Designed and conducted user training. Created reports using SQL and Excel pivot tables. Maintained data integrity, and designed surveys and marketing campaigns. Developed and enforced marketing and sales business rules, and kept abreast of CRM best practices and technologies. Assisted marketing team members by pulling email lists and sending bulk email messages to customers and prospects. Researched and trained in bulk-emailing best practices to become the company’s resident CAN-SPAM expert.
