As part of the Global Technology Service Delivery leadership team, I am responsible for managing multi-skilled support teams that provide outstanding customer service, technology and office support, to the Equities, Fixed Income, Sell Side and Private Wealth Management businesses. I am also responsible for strategy and oversight of global end-user mobile technology, including BYOT (Bring Your Own Technology).

Reporting directly to the CFO and responsible for end user technology support, repairs and maintenance for the firm's New York office. Designed, installed and maintained a new network (firewall, servers, workstations, printers, routers, gateways) and PBX voice solution for the firm's expansion into New York. Implemented a new BlackBerry solution into a Lotus Domino environment. Developed an automated offsite back-up and archiving solution for the firm's New York data. Supported migration of the firm's discrete data and PBX systems to a single Cisco VoIP/ PoE phone/ data solution. Responsible for vendor contracts and relationship management with third-party service providers.

Provided end user technology and server support in an Apple Macintosh environment. Responsible for formulating a budget of approximately $250,000 for the Macintosh division of the firm. Supervised and mentored junior team members. Responsible for vendor contracts and relationship management with third-party service providers.
