All productions with HA and Disaster Recover requirements of as few as 5 hours, with testing two times a year.• Support of SAP implantation on Windows and SQL Server with move of data center. Lead project and trained customer staff to support.• Support of SAP implementation on AIX and DB2 with HA and Disaster recovery requirements and testing two times a year. Managed project and assisted customer to take systems back in house and the movement of all the systems with setup.• Early Watch reporting and problem tracking. Provided lead support of being sure we were using SAP Early Watch properly.
