About Dora Szegedi

I graduated in the Hungarian National Sport University in 2009 and I completed a degree-based personal trainer training at IWI (International Wellness Institute). After finishing the Uni I started to work as a coach. For 1 year I had a chance to work for the EU in a cross-border project as a health coordinator. Since 2016 till 2023 I was teaching PE in different high schools. In 2021 I worked in a University in additional I was also coaching wellness instructors and personal trainers. I decided to move to Malta in July 2023 and since I am running Senior trainings, and different group trainings like Keep fit, dance-aerobic, yoga amd Pilates.
