Assist clients with managing their business using ADP solutions, covering the areas of payroll and human resources. Provide expert guidance in resolving inquiries, troubleshooting, probing, and resolving payroll issues. Research and develop instructional materials that were used to train new employees to the organization. Digs into tax requirements to identify root cause of cases assignedAble to handle multiple assignments accurately, efficiently, and competently. Have an in-depth knowledge of researching and resolving client notices, tax rejections and amendments.Effectively research the root cause of tax rejections and notices. Responsible for validating the tax accounts of ADP payroll clients to ensure they are set up correctly with the applicable federal, state, and local agencies.Investigate and troubleshoot client inquiries, analyze root causes and propose effective solutionsVerified that each client’s deposit frequencies, disbursement methods, ID numbers, and tax rates are valid to help ensure that payments are being made timely and correctly. Prevent any future tax rejectionsCollaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesAssigns ADP authorizations for permissions at the agency as well as partner with clients to submit timely registrations for jurisdictions that have recently been added. Prepare tax agencies documentations to fund the root cause of the issue and include any supporting documentation to the agency to ensure the issue is resolved.
