Specialty Solutions Administration Manager
CurrentResponsible for all facets of Sales administration, operations and support. - Catalog and post activity reports from field sales staff, - Customer Volume and forecast expectations and performance against it.- Strong/Weak assessment profiles of each customer on a quarterly basis, - Budgetary reports detailing actual progress to budget for Sales and Expenses. - Costing and Price Estimates for product and services.- Global Business Meeting arrangements and planning.- Develop and administer protocols to secure and maintain all confidential information.- Support and maintain integrity of customer database.- Establish Lead database inquiry tracking and assigning.- Order log analysis to support Sales and Operational Planning activities.- Maintain all travel and expense reporting.- Customer Relations for Voice of the Customer (VOC) survey analysis and follow up actions.
