At Teachstone, I am a Development Lead on the Content Development for Social Impact Team. My role is to ensure that the products and services we create are responsive to educators' and children's contexts, abilities, and needs. As an early childhood specialist, I focus on understanding and improving the quality of early learning experiences for culturally and linguistically diverse infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. For over 10 years, I have supported early care and education agencies, coaches, and educators in providing high-quality services to children and their families through measurement development, program evaluation, and facilitation of professional development for early care and education teachers and support staff.
