I also conduct security audits, assessments, and reviews, and provide guidance and training to internal and external stakeholders on security best practices and requirements. Prior to joining Zendesk, I was a Governance Risk and Compliance Officer at Bank of America, where I managed the information security risk and compliance program for the bank's global operations. I have also worked as an Information Security Analyst at T-Mobile, where I performed security monitoring, analysis, and incident response.
