As an attorney at Harris, Harris, Sommer and Peppard, LLC, I have over 26 years of experience in legal research, transactional work and civil litigation. I have a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the same institution. My mission is to provide high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to governmental entities and large corporations, on regulatory and development matters that impact the economic and social well-being of central Missouri. I have successfully represented clients on projects worth tens of millions of dollars and hundreds of jobs, involving complex issues such as zoning, eminent domain, environmental compliance, and contract disputes.
