WebMD Ignite acquired Healthwise in May and I was hired in a role similar to that which I had at Healthwise. My primary responsibilities currently match those which you can see associated with my previous position.

Primary responsibilities include architecting solutions and acting as the technical lead on client and partnerintegrations. Escalated service for troubleshooting and problem resolution for Healthwise products and webservices technologies.o Responsible for the technical design and programmatic integration of Healthwise applications andservices with our client and partner software solutions (i.e. Cognizent, Elevance, Highmark, BlueCross Blue Shield of California, British Columbia, Medecision, ZeOmega, HealthEdge).o Developed a variety of test and demonstration applications that provide tools for how to integrateHealthwise products, diagnose bugs, train peers, assist QA, and help with Pre-Sales engagements.o Work with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Account Management and Professional Servicesteams to provide in-depth, technical demonstrations and consulting for the integration code anddevelopment requirements for Healthwise applications and web services.o Responsible for escalated technical service and code integration troubleshooting for high-profile clients(i.e. Aetna, Humana, Cigna, Elevance, Highmark, British Columbia, Alberta, Blue Cross Blue Shield ofFlorida/South Carolina/Tennessee/California/Alabama, Cognizent, ZeOmega, Optum).o Responsible for all Client-Hosted Care Management deployments for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida,British Columbia, Elevance and BUPA. This work includes quarterly product delivery, testing,configuration and installation.

Primary responsibilities included design and development for new business intelligence applications.o Developed a variety of features for the PerformancePoint Server including the Analytic Grid,Change Measure Selector, View Info Toolbar, and accessibility features for most web-basedapplications.o Designed user interface design specs for multiple applications and features related to ProClarityproducts, Microsoft Excel, and PerformancePoint Server.

Developed and implemented comprehensive plans for website and database management. Responsibilitiesincluded website development and maintenance, graphic design for products and marketing, marketingmetrics, lead management, and the supervision of one team member.o Developed ProClarity's first database-driven website and an ASP.NET visitor registration system forleads that dynamically rank the marketing activities, track the source, and passed that informationinto the SalesForce.com CRM.o Developed a web-based marketing and content management system that enables non-technical teammembers to prepare content for HTML emails, press releases, collateral, translated web content,training, event management, and campaign registrations that can be dynamically deployed to webpages on the corporate website or via email communications.

Primary responsibilities included working with the web development and marketing teams to build andimplement support and web-based programs for Micron and their partners (i.e. graphic design, website anddatabase project planning, development, and program metrics).o Developed websites for internal projects, Unisys, BestBuy, Radioshack Canada, Costco, Client Logic,and other partners that integrated data between the different organizations for marketing campaigns,support functions, inventory management, and business metrics.o Developed a web-based, serial number reference system that enabled customers and support staff toquickly identify computer system components and accurately replace failed parts, saving shippingcosts and customer frustration caused by sending or replacing incorrect parts.
