Cat Rental Service Manager
CurrentPosition duties include but are not limited to: providing direction to rental store employees and management of all activities related to the store.Responsibilities:Hiring and managing all staffSetting the pace for the sales force, and working with the sales manager in setting mutually agreed yearly goals and working toward achieving them.Leading the staff to make decisions to improve workplace, company and customer satisfactionManage the fleet, shop operations, trucking and administrative areas.Assists with purchasing of rental fleet.Monitor Accounts payables and accounts receivables.Manage branch level safety program in all areas to ensure all policies and procedures are enforced with responsibility for all results. This includes:Adhering to all safety rules for policies and enforcement of these.Keep shop and equipment staging area clean and free of clutter.Maintain all SDS Information.Ensure that overhead cranes, floor jacks, compressor, welding carts, fire extinguishers, etc. are inspected and documented.Enforce all personal protective equipment rules and regulations.Ensure all safety rules and policies are enforced.Have a weekly tool box safety meeting and document it with a copy stored in appropriate file.Ensure that all ANSI and DOT inspections are completed with 0 days late.
