At CDW, we sell a wide range of technology solutions to many different segments across North America. I work with everyone from CIO's and Director's of Technology, to administration and teachers, who some do and don't understand the many different kinds of technology out there. In my position, I am to provide low to high-level solutions within their budgets, and provide excellent customer service and support. As an Account Manager, I am expected to grow my book of business every year at a rapid rate, as well as keep up to date with many of the mandatory certifications Account Managers must hold to work.
