Employed at the JOINT FORCES COMMAND and is responsible for the planning and execution of Tomahawk Cruise Missile Missions in support of the Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) objectives. These objectives included Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM. Responsible for tactical expertise and knowledge of the TLAM Planning System (TPS). This knowledge was applied to briefs relating to TPS mission planning systems tactics and employment during local staff tours, the U.S. Air Force’s Warrior Preparation School, and Combined Air Platform Employment Seminar (CAPES). Selected to represent CMSA LANT at the US Air Force “Blue Flag” exercises held at Shaw AFB North Carolina 2006 the Blue Flag 2007 at Davis-Monthan AFB employed in the Master Air Attack Plan Cell. (MAAP Cell) Briefs include missile tactical employment, flight characteristics, defensive systems capabilities, and the coordination of imagery and targeting requirements to produce tactically sound missions.

Assigned to “Site II” Islamic Republic of Pakistan and “Site I” in Kabul, Afghanistan in support of GWOT and “Other Government Agency.” Performed duties such as point security and convoy escort in high threat environments. While in Pakistan, duties included Pakistani Army Liaison Officer and Support Department Management; such as ammo, food and kitchen supply manager for twenty armed security personnel, as well as the standard security guard duties.

Responsible for the flight duties of First Officer as well as the supervision of loading cargo and weight and balance of the DC-8 Aircraft. Accumulated over 800 hours of “Heavy Jet“flight time.

Accumulated 1800 hours of flight time and 288 carrier landings in the Navy with a spotless flight record, no accidents or flight violations; starting with flight training in T-34 Mentors, T-2C Buckeyes, TA-4J Skyhawks and the T-44 King Air Aircraft and once in the Fleet E-2C Hawkeye and C-2 Greyhound aircraft. Leadership responsibilities while assigned the Pacific Fleet included; Ground Training Officer for the Squadron and the Officer in charge of the Command Training Team for indoctrination of the new junior enlisted sailors to the Fleet environment. Aircraft Division Officer, responsible for five Jr. Officers, six senior enlisted chiefs and no fewer than one hundred and twenty enlisted men assigned to six branch shops and a multi-million dollar budget. Officer in Charge of a detachment sent to “Operation Desert Shield/Storm” from VRC-30, departing December 7, 1990 until April 12, 1991. Directly responsible for 17 enlisted men, three officers and a 40 million dollar cargo aircraft. Tasked with the organization and deployment of said 21 man detachment in one week’s time, a task usually taking months, to provide logistical support to the deployed carrier. Detachment achieved a 98% sortie completion rate, at the same time managing the maintenance and personnel of the detachment. Re-assigned to VT-19 NAS Meridian MS as an instructor pilot responsible for the training of student Naval Aviators in the T-2C jet trainer. Duties also included Public Affairs Officer and Assistant Operations Officer responsible for the day to day operation of the squadron, as well as flight instruction in Familiarization, Formation, all phases of the Instrument Flight syllabus, Carrier Qualification and Out of Control Flight segments of pilot training. Assigned to VAW 120 as assistant Pilot training Officer responsible for updating the pilot training syllabus and NATOPS Manual as well as briefing newly assigned pilots on local course rules and systems of the C-2 aircraft.

Training included Airborne and numerous Infantry related schools, NCO Academy, and various small arms proficiency courses and exercises training in urban warfare, jungle and European environments. Machine gun team leader, (M-60). Expert Qualifications in; .45cal. 1911 & Glock 19, pistols, AR-10, M-16/M-4 Carbine, rifles and M-60 machine gun.
