• Develop and maintain one off applications that are specifically developed for internal customers business needs to facilitate and expedite Shipping and Revenue testing.• Project lead for new development efforts through all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for US and Canada Federal Trade Network automation efforts.• Translate business needs into technical needs for software requirements gathering and collaboration efforts between internal customers and application developers in efforts to find the best solutions for all involved.• Develop for and participate in User Acceptance Testing for many development efforts.• Integrate FedEx Revenue application code into Revenue testing applications to ensure proper results for business requirements.• Support customer application integration which includes training, maintenance, and environment set up. Environment set up could include all aspects of database design and maintenance, firewall rules, or hardware considerations.• Work closely with internal customers on new and existing development projects utilizing an Agile software development approach.• Perform Return on Investment analysis for potential development projects to ensure proper resource allocation and project management.

• Configured, maintained, and supported 5 levels of testing environments for the SQA Revenue testing group.• Single point of contact for internal customers for any testing related issues in the supported testing environments which included data or database issues, environment processes or Revenue application issues.• Team lead for all Environments configuration activities for the supported testing environments.• Project lead for all aspects of the SDLC for the SQA Operations first environment health web based dashboard for all 5 of the supported environments.• Provided training to customers on the Revenue testing environments.• Lead Proof of Concept efforts for 3rd party applications.• Designed and implemented time tracking solution utilizing the Request Ticketing system for SQA Operations off shore resources.
