➢ Firm executive responsible for the non-legal operations of the firm including - but not limited to - referrals, title, transfers, special projects, client systems and auditing, assignments, property preservation, loss mitigation, mail rooms and copy centers, reception, first legal, service, defaults, hearings, judgments, trials, sales, litigation, bankruptcy, evictions and file transition to the REO group➢ Manage client and investor reporting with partnership from the Director of Operations. Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly business calls with clients to review portfolio and process improvements including - but not limited to - score cards, compliance audits and file progression ➢ Compliance review of firm practices and procedures➢ Liaison for accounting.
