Develop, implement, and manage Academic and Clinical research projects for Organizations, Universities, and Clinical Research Companies associated with the NIH and other Agencies. These studies are customized to fit the requirements of the individual project, potentially, national in scope, and with potentially large (10,000+) participants . Many projects are part of long term longitudinal studies where sample collections, personal health information, customized collection kits and specialized handling and shipping of samples could be required.Create strategic partnerships with the various Academic and Clinical research project managers and their teams.Function daily as a liaison for the project team, answering questions and addressing issues.Provide operational support and oversee relationships with the internal teams and outside vendors that are used.Drive new account implementation by educating the project managers and their teams, defining and executing the needed logistics, supporting administrative and performance tracking, and the data delivery services that are requiredRespond to RFPs, create bids, review contracts, generate Service Level Agreements, and partner with sales as a resourceDocument contacts and activity within the Customer Management System including updates of vital customer informationCreate and deliver presentations for existing and prospective clients
