Extensive review of many HARM Class 1 Engineering Change Proposals for PSE impact. I individually managed the German FMS HARM acquisition of PSE for their 1,000 missile buy, the largest HARM FMS Case as I speak German. Worked closely with NWC/NAWC-Weapons China Lake who managed the HARM missile engineering technical design & requirements during missile upgrades which entailed PSE impact assessments. Also managed successful integration of Loral AeroNeutronics Low Cost Seeker with HARM missile test set software for TI AGM-88 missiles. In 1992 I received the Capt. A. N. Perkins Award at Point Mugu for Outstanding Performance in Management of HARM missile acquisition program. In 1992 detailed to NAVAIR to support PMA-242 & Air-05 HARM SE program.
