Demotech, Inc. is an actuarial and financial analysis consulting firm that serves the insurance industry. The Educational Council was a non-profit organization focused on closing the achievement gap, increasing system flexibility, broadening choice, and standards driven accountability mandates that pushed educators and leaders toward a greater and deeper personalization of educational services. Mr. Powell's responsibilities included acting as a liaison for the accounting department, developing and managing external relationships.
