Project Manager
Current-Manage all aspects of construction for single family attached and detached homes in assigned community -Confirm customer selections, blue prints and lot specifics-Maintain and manage construction schedule-Manage sub-contractors-Manage construction budget-Confirm phase completion by making sure vendors complete work to required specifications and blue prints-Hold sub-contractors accountable for incomplete, faulty or non code compliant work -Work with local municipalities and building inspectors -Maintain job site safety-Ensure proper E&S compliance-Maintain construction quality throughout build process-Inspect every phase of construction to ensure quality and local code compliance -Work with customers throughout the construction process-Work with Sales and Warranty departments to ensure customer experience standards are met
