Carreras Limited is the leading marketer and distributor of cigarettes and tobacco related products in Jamaica. The company is a publicly listed company with local and international ownership. Jamaican shareholders own approximately 49.6% of the company with the majority interest being held by British American Tobacco. Management of a portfolio of over 200 customers, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly targets. Supervise, train and coordinate sales, marketing and merchandising teams. Responsible for the development/recommendation of sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets and related KPIs. Focused on establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients, supervising pre and post-sales service functions.

Key point of contact between clients and BNS, developing and maintaining client relationships and securing new business through strategic initiatives. Performance Management and Reporting of marketing drives, representing the BNS brand at promotional events as required.

Supervised the operations function of the unit, managing a team compliment of over 30 persons. Ensured the deposit processing unit adheres to document procedures, including preparation of client reports and daily shift balance and reports.

Management of all major accounts; including liaising with clients, facilitating collections and overseeing maintenance of properties. Acquired new accounts and responsible for relationship management and administration. Responsible for company asset management and vetting of all contracts and ensured proper compliance.
