I help turn people's thoughts, ideas, challenges and hopes, into art, and into action.I work with people all over the world exploring more effective ways to work, which strengthen the connections and experience between employees, customers, and the wider community. Connecting people, working with uncertainty and exploring and applying the creative process is at the heart of what I love to do. I planned and delivered the sustainability strategy for BT Wholesale, and its key customers. Developed and supported BT group wide sustainability projects and programmes.Implemented an employee and customer mobile phone recycling scheme for BT Group, saving BT £3m over 3 years, recycling 20,000 handsets pa, significantly reducing hazardous waste disposal and generating £20k annual donation to ChildLineResearched and prepared the stakeholder engagement section of our Group Sustainability Report which helped secure The Dow Jones Sustainability Index top spot in sectorDelivered a 26% improvement within the Supplier Performance Management Programme of one of our largest customers, placing BT in the top 10 global suppliers to the customer for the first timeAssisted with development of BT’s first sustainability marketing campaign combined BT’s CSR best practice with relevant ICT solutions for sale to key customers.Advised some of BT’s biggest customers on all aspects of sustainability strategy development including environmental policy, recycling, employee engagement, community investment, and supply chain best practice.
