Current• Provide technical project leadership, detailed business analyses, and facilitation for strategic projects• Participate in ideation, requirements analysis, user interface design and usability, prototyping, implementation, quality assurance, maintenance, and ongoing support for strategic ServiceNow initiatives• Assisted with the creation of Reed Elsevier’s strategic ServiceNow CMDB• Contributed as Scrum Master and developer as part of an Agile team that designed and implemented a custom Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solution integrated with Reed Elsevier’s ServiceNow CMDB; this solution features an overhead visualization of data center assets along with custom CI lifecycle management forms• Enhance and maintain Reed Elsevier's custom Service Catalog/Portal, Incident/Change Management, and Discovery/Orchestration subsystems• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal DevOps release processes, xMatters, NICE InContact, Infoblox, and CyberArk• Produce project documents, user guides, computer-based tutorials, presentations, and best practices white papersPrior Experience:• Participated in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of internal reporting systems, proprietary Web-based analysis tools, instrumentation/metrics repositories, collaboration tools, and automated notification systems• Designed and implemented executive and operational metrics dashboards and self-service SSRS reports• Authored and distributed detailed daily and weekly Reliability, Availability, and Performance (RAP) value-added customer impact analyses for major revenue-producing products (Lexis.com, Nexis.com, and ScienceDirect)• Designed and implemented hacking/data mining analysis and reporting tools used by internal security and compliance teams• Conducted benchmarks and performance analyses of internal and customer-facing Web applications
