I am the Commercial Director of Re.Group. In 2013 I co-founded Re.Group, with a deliberate vision to be a values-led organisation focused on people, the planet, and prosperity. As a major shareholder and CEO, I co-led the expansion of the company to now have the largest network of recycling facilities, and the largest network of container refund depots, across Australia. I aim to be a hands-on leader, and am actively involved in the delivery of all aspects of the Re.Group business. In my role as Commercial Director I have the primary responsibility for financial, legal, and commercial functions of Re.Group, including dealing with shareholders, bankers, and other funders to Re.Group and its related entities. I am involved in setting and implementing Re.Group's key strategies. I perform analysis and due diligence on the business performance and business opportunities, either through new greenfield projects or through the acquisition of existing projects. I engage with key stakeholders including commercial partners, funders, potential clients, regulators, and key technology suppliers

In my role at BBY Limited I led the teams responsible for all equity capital markets, corporate finance and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions. I had direct reports located across the USA, UK, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Australia.I formed part of the Executive Management team, and also had responsibility for the firm’s investment positions.I completed more than 25 transactions across a range of industries including energy, resources, renewable energy, agriculture and general industrials, raising over $500 million for various clients.
