Research scientist with an extensive experience of working in both academic and industrial labs.My PhD research was focussed on identification of SMAR1 protein in zebrafish and its role in embryogenesis; also developed a tool to identify S/MAR regions present throughout the genome.Previously worked as an immuno-oncologist in the novel drug development team in a biopharmaceutical setting. Role included planning, execution and analysis of various MOA assays for understanding and screening of novel drug targets for cancers. In my last stint, I was leading ateam of young scientists involved in biocharacterization of biosimilar drugs. Role included planning experiments, scientific data review and presentation, technical troubleshooting, resource allocation, data compilation, communication to relevant stakeholders, planning routine sample analysis, biocharacterization assays needed for various filings under strict timelines (RCGM, FDA, EMA, IMPD).I would be happy to utilize my knowledge, experience and learnings for the better health of humankind.
