Team Lead in our ISO 13485 High Throughput Oligonucleotide Assays Manufacturing Laboratory.Plan, communicate, and monitor job expectations and results. Complete daily production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, resolve problems, and report results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process, personnel, and resources. Set processing variables, observe control points and equipment. Process improvement through studying methods, implement cost reductions, develop reporting procedures and systems, facilitate corrections to malfunctions within process control points, and initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.Resolve problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action. Continuously strive to improve output goals, support cost improvement initiatives by reducing failures, improve capacity, and reduce overall turnaround times.
