Jointly with the project team, preparing the project risk analysis (environmental, quality issues…) for the lot perimeter. Ensuring steps have been taken to reduce and manage risks throughout the life of the project. Coordinating the Engineering lot, organizes and leads steering reviews jointly with the affair leaders. Carriiyng out reporting (progress, action plans, costs) on project steering level. Jointly with the managers, s/he contributes to the impact analyses and organizes any arbitration with project owners where required (performances, costs, lead-times) Writing up the report on the attainment of project objectives and stakes jointly with the client, and measures level of satisfaction Coordinating the contributing entities and ensuring a good level of cooperationOrganizing and leading reviews with the engineering contributors of the Lot, thus ensuring consistent line of action, and confirms commitmentsJointly with the teams, preparing and managing milestones, and ensuring that the decisions of the steering committee are applied.
