5Th Design Sprint OrganizerEestec - Electrical Engineering Students' European Association Dec 2018 - Feb 2019Ankara, TurkeyThe 5th Design Sprint is an event organized under the Electrical Engineering Students European Association for members with special aspirations towards graphic design. The event lasted for 6 days and was held at the METU - Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. There were 12 participants from 9 European countries.Two EESTEC Design Team Coordinators and I as a team Leader were responsible for preparing the academic part of the event.Sessions we delivered:- Adobe Illustrator;- Adobe Photoshop;- Adobe InDesign;- Adobe XD;- Adobe After Effects;- Typography;- Branding;This event was a project that required three months of preparations for organizers. Design Sprint is one of crucial operational events in EESTEC and creates new paths for members of the EESTEC Design Team that organizes the event every year. -

Soft Skills Academy 2016 - Design CoordinatorEestec Lc Belgrade Mar 2016 - May 2016Serbi"Soft Skills Academy - Improve your skills!"Soft Skills Academy is a five-day seminar that encourages students to develop their personal and professional skills, needed for a successful career, even though the traditional way of studying cannot provide it to them. Seminar participants will take part in the pieces of training such as presentation and communication skills, team building, time management, and other related topics. Students will gain great experience, and also meet potential problems that may be waiting for them in the near future, also understand a problem from different perspectives to expand their views and change their way of thinking.This year's seminar will be held for the seventh time in a row. In the past six years, Seminar encountered great interest. The huge interest and 800 applicants from all faculties in Belgrade, demanded very strict criteria, as we select the 50 best and most ambitious.The seminar will be held from 17th to 21st of May in the conference rooms at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.Trainings will be held by international EESTEC certified coaches, representatives of consulting companies and companies with which we cooperate. The event will once again bring together 50 students from all faculties in Belgrade. After the seminar, participants will receive a certificatesigned by the organizers and by the general sponsor of the project. The project is free of charge for all the participants.The significance of the project is recognized by the University of Belgrade and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade.http://softskillsacademy.rs/
