- Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters- Support CEO by providing financial analysis of operational results / business opportunities and making recommendations on cost decrease and profit improvement (co-pilot of the business)- Lead and manage budgeting process - Preparation, submission and presentation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements- Direct involvement in projects related to obtaining new principals (negotiations on distributor’s margin, sales and cost projections, cost model)- Treasury matters (receivables collection mostly)- Close involvement in commercial negotiations with customers - Ensure that all financial matters are in accordance with legislation and accounting practices- Continual improvement of internal processes and procedures- Transfer pricing between intergroup companies* SAP implementation (2018) - blueprint, change requests, testing - team lead for COPA modul and 2 additional tools (TMA - trade marketing tool for tracking trade marketing activities by brands and customers; IBM Cognos BI - reporting tool)* SAP implementation (2018) - active participant for SD modul (bonusses, credit limits, invoicing, credit notes...) and for FI modul (chart of accounts, posting schemes)

Lead the finance and controlling function in Adriatic region (Serbia, Croatia, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo) covering all aspects of financial, management and cost accounting, taxation, internal audit and treasury functions- Support management development plans by providing reliable financial analysis interpreting the operational results and recommendations on cost reduction and profit improvement- Implement the Danone Group follow-up and reporting and prepare for entering in the consolidated countries. General corporate reporting duties including but not limited to: annual reports, bank reconciliations, monthly closing, monthly flash report etc- Manage cash flow and banking activities, make recommendations for deposits and hedging; make all payments, internally and internationally assuring security and internal controls with respect to banking systems and electronic payments- Interface with external finance authorities such as financial institutions, auditors and authorities assuring compliance with the legal environment- Negotiations & contacts with distributor’s of Danone products in all 6 regions
