I have overall responsibility for BGIS Direct, a new service line, where our team delivers end to end sustainability solutions for our key government clients to meet their sustainability targets. Leading a team of in-house engineers, project managers and trade technicians that has delivered lighting, solar and IoT projects that have achieved tangible energy and cost savings. Management of the PMO with overall responsibility for the delivery of an $80M annual capital works program for NSW Police Force and ownership of the corporate P&L. Projects included major projects between $1M - $35M each and a $15M program of minor works ($5K - $250K). I managed the team through significant change and achieved a 71% increase in delivery spend through improved processes, staff restructure and effective resource allocation to secure a three year contract extension while exceeding corporate profit targets and maintaining governance compliance which has resulted in continued success. I was responsible for program delivery reporting for Ministerial audiences, financial forecasting, contract compliance and achieved contract KPI targets to secure incentive fees. I was a member of the Property Executive Steering Committee and provided advice on the delivery of the capital works program, assited in driving strategic goals for the agency and developing critical business cases to secure Treasury funding.

I was integral to the implementation of a new WHS system for the company to maintain compliance.
