- direct manage our Oakbrook Terrace truckload operation coordinators team- oversee the daily coverage and coordination of all OTR truckload shipments - work closely with the TL coordinators to optimize capacity sourcing based on seasonality supply and demand- assist our customer facing team with spot as well as long term pricing in compliance with real time market trends- GOV Lead, responsible with pricing, coverage and fulfillment of all GOV and DOD heavy haul / specialized projects.

Consult customers with the knowledge and vast experience of our dedicated specialized fleet of carrier partners in helping determine the most efficient and cost-effective method of transporting over dimensional cargo, hauling time sensitive, weather sensitive, high-dollar projects. -Source and procure carrier services to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customer freight-Work closely within our regional team to schedule all shipments and assist with same day spot bid opportunities -Establish and maintain relationships with carriers to expand capacity opportunities-Develop new relationships focusing on improving efficiency and managing transportation costs-Negotiate rates with carriers on a spot or transactional basis

-Managing accounts originating within my predetermined regions from; freight quoting, inputting customer orders onto our proprietary operating platform, dispatching vendors & providing the customer with in transit updates-Providing competitive pricing and coverage for current and potential new customers by having a strong understanding of current market trends and capacity seasonality-Constantly building relations with vendors by acknowledging their areas of interest and backhaul demand therefore being able to provide fast and reliable coverage at any given time for our customers transportation needs
