As a TPM, my main responsibilities are to manage the whole development flow of a project, from inception up to production. This includes:- coordinating the technical team (analysis, development, testing); create/update issues and stories in JIRA according with the SCRUM methodology- managing the subcontractors from a technical point of view- make sure the whole development process follows the company's internal procedures and methodologies (SCRUM, CMMI)- make sure the development activities are in line with the agreed scope, budget, quality and timeline- be the go to person in terms of any technical aspect for our partners and customers- monitor the project's KPIs (including estimates, costs, quality)

In charge with the product development for an entire range of Remote Control software on multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac OS, mobile) with multiple teams. Among the responsibilities: making sure we're on the right path for developing the product, providing feedback and useful sets of requirements to the development team, delivering value to the customers.

The main focus is on leveraging the existing possibilities inside the group and identifying new business opportunities. Main specialties include JEE developing and ECM solutions based on the Nuxeo 5 platform.Operations are taking place both in France and in Romania.

Since joining as a COO for the company that was now part of a large international group, I was focused on every aspect of day-to-day operation, like: HR, cost saving measures, project management, financial and business reports.

Following the experience gained on web development, I have changed direction a little by joining a fresh company dedicated to developing an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform, as well as business solutions based on it. Open Source was one key factor in succeeding.

After 2 years of web developing, I was put in charge of one small development team, have responsibilities related to coordinating the team, providing a functional link between the developers and the clients and focusing on getting the job done on time.

Basically this was the training ground for me, as I've accumulated both experience and knowledge in web development by joining major projects with big impact on the Romanian market. These projects included big portals as well as several niche sites.
