I was responsible for development, management and delivery of research projects for industry clients. Projects span various sectors and engages internal and external resources to identify market opportunities, and design and test new solutions in response to the global ageing phenomenon. Also involved in staff recruitment and management, business development and strategy, and reporting to the Board.

I developed and coordinated a new undergraduate course at UniSA- Marketing for Health and Wellbeing. The course is designed for undergraduate students (from programs in marketing, nutrition, pharmacy, human movement and other health/medical studies, sport and recreations, psychology, environmental studies, etc.) about how marketing communications and strategies could help them in their future roles. The course taught to students from 25 different programs and received a Learning & Teaching Award.

Delivery and evaluation of a randomised controlled trial study investigating the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet and fish oil supplements on physical and mental health.
