I established the International Knee & Joint Centre in Abu Dhabi. The mission of the International Knee and Joint Centre (IKJC) is to deliver the highestquality, state-of-the-art, individualized orthopaedic care to every patient seeking our help.

I was appointed Medical Director of the Abu Dhabi Knee and SportsMedicine Center based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. After 5 years as MedicalDirector of the Abu Dhabi Knee and Sports Medicine, in April 2011, I elected not torenew my contract to allow me to focus and spend more time with global surgeoneducation and development of new devices and surgical techniques to improve theoutcome of ACL reconstruction. From April 2011, until June 2013, I continued to visitthe Centre once a month for 7 – 8 days to perform consultations.
