I founded Revolution After Dust-off, LLC as a way to deliver cutting edge wellness lifestyle education that I have been researching and implementing for the last 17 years to a broader audience than I am able to do with my in-person chiropractic clinic, RAD|life clinic ( www.radlifeclinic.com ). The goal: teach people to optimize their health & happiness through well researched natural methodologies, both ancient and modern. Leveraging epigenetic factors, neuroplasticity, and our bodies innate ability to heal & remodel, RAD courses are designed to effectively guide students to becoming the most awesome versions of themselves... and stay that way. Currently, curricula for ten courses have been created and are in the filming stages for delivery as online courses.

My role is as owner / sole practitioner where I evaluate and treat 10 - 20 patients weekly in a cash only, a la carte practice model. The clinic attracts a diverse patient base with an emphasis on athletics. Services include spinal and extremity adjusting, Graston Technique, A.R.T., kinesiology taping, class IV laser therapy, nutritional consultation & functional medicine, and case review.

Provided onsite chiropractic care to approximately 150 - 200 employees weekly at nearly 20 of Vermont's top companies, such as Burton, National Life Group, Food Science Corporation (DaVinci labs), Trapp Family Lodge, and more. Achieved exceptional results treating the common complaints that accompany a predominantly seated desk worker population. Produced video series of workplace and lifestyle tips for Epic's clients

I provided outstanding physical medicine to a majority professional athlete population. In addition to delivering specialty chiropractic care, centering around the Synergy Release Technique, I also evaluated for the appropriate use of a cutting edge suite of adjunctive therapies. Some of the more prominent members of this suite were Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), class IV therapeutic laser, frequency specific micro-current, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Active Release Techniques, and kinesiology taping. Not only did I direct care that I performed myself, but coordinated care among complimentary practitioners within our facility, such as a medical physician performing intravenous nutrition, PRP, prolozone, and stem cell therapy; massage therapists. Coordinating with onsite personal training staff to optimize training goals and outcomes was also commonplace.

I developed three course curricula (Intro / Rehab / Performance) for teaching kinesiology taping. I was the lead instructor for delivering the courses to classes of 15 - 35 students each for continuing education credit (massage therapists & personal trainers).

I educated clients on healthy lifestyle choices, geared toward a variety of health conditions such as weight loss, metabolic syndrome, poor mobility, and gut related complaints. I also coached clients to incorporate these choices into their lives, promoting vibrant health, on a one-on-one basis. I use many aspects of healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise, sleep patterns, stress management, and recuperation techniques to coach people into more ideal life habits.

Performed over 200 career open water ocean rescues for one of the busiest ocean lifeguard organizations in the country. Competed in regional and national level lifeguard competitions in sprint relays, beach flags, and ocean rescue relays. Selected, lead, and trained 6 man team to the first victory over Navy SEAL recruits in the 2011 Battle For The Beach competition. Certifications: CPR, AED, First Responder

Performed over 200 ceremonies for foreign dignitaries and presidents with the First Presidential Marching Platoon in the Military District of Washington at many sites around D.C. such as:- The Pentagon- The White House- Tomb of The Unknown Soldier- The National Archives- and many more...Maintained the welfare; planned and executed the training of 60 US Army recruits as a Drill Sergeant at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. Deployed to Baghdad, Iraq on a small team embedded with indigenous forces.
