Director Of Tuition Programme
The Director role acts as tuition programme academic lead and provides cross-institutional, academic leadership in collaboration with both professional and academic colleagues across the university. The programme will deliver benefits for students and staff. For students this will include, but is not limited to, consistency across the student tuition experience, improvements in student retention in terms of module and qualification completion rates and increased student satisfaction and the closing of awarding gaps. For staff, benefits will include simplification of policy and process, a strengthening of the student / tutor relationship and improvements to tuition related staff development activities.
