Projects:Strengthening Youth Participation in PoliticsProject in collaboration with the National Endowment for Democracy. It provided political/leadership training to 180 young politicians to increase their influence within the political process. I supported designing the methodology and the core curriculum, contacted speakers, filtered the registration database, and more.Observatory for Freedom of LaborProject in collaboration with the Atlas Network. The research was carried out in six cities of Ecuador, in which I supported conducting field interviews with more than 60 street merchants. This research produced the report Los relatos de un Ecuador sin oportunidades and a documentary, which is posted on YouTube.Fostering the Leaders of the Free FutureProject in collaboration with the Swedish International Liberal Center (SILC). It provided political/leadership training to 30 young politicians to increase their influence within the political process. I filtered databases of social organizations and contacted them, filtered the registration database to choose the participants, conducted a focus group, and more. The project had a satisfaction rate of 100%.

- Research in the academic department for the project "The Size of the State". I published the report "Observatory of the Size of the State II", which presents recommendations for the institutional optimization of the Ecuadorian government.- Support in the design and execution of the project "Political Boot Camp - II Edition". It politically trained 300 young people from 16 countries. I designed the study areas of the program, contacted speakers, added partner organizations, and moderated sessions. As a result, 89% of participants gave the best two score levels to the program (5/5 and 4/5).
