Led strategic customer engagements, investment planning and resource allocations, capture activities, high pWIN proposals through pre-RFP shaping, and contractual strategies while also enabling on-contract growth and Recompete preparations. Led all aspects of CRM growth pipeline development, monitoring, control, and resourcing - with an average of 5 active proposals each quarter. Personally shaped, captured, and led win of a new $750M+ single award FEDSIM Task Order (ARNG G2 MISS), a new $202M single award IAC MAC Task Order (FORSCOM G2), a new $231M DEVCOM QRC IAC MAC TO for an "incumbent take away", a successful shaping & must-win Recompete of Maneuver Battle Lab (MBL), the new First Army G6 D3I task order ($71M), INSCOM G7 DPED/CI ITES-III contract ($40M), the $505M JSOC J6 IAC MAC, and the $1B OUSD PRISM Services MATOC - awarded to SAIC as one of the few LB Primes). Moreover, personally drove in $50M+ of new on-contract growth work onto existing SAIC Task Orders. Recruited, trained, mentored, and led the next generation of character-based/growth-minded Program Managers, Capture Managers, and BD professionals who proactively executed requirements with full transparency and accountability.

Responsible for the capture, development, initiation, and execution of a new Operational-level portfolio of DoD Intelligence and Cyber related projects that spans 30+ disparate customers across several contract solutions. Led progressive customer engagements and capture activities that led to the initiation of three (3) new Task Orders with ceiling in excess of $1B. Led all programmatic baseline operations and deliverables for a disparate program with over $80M of annualized revenue while hitting all P&L metrics. Selected, mentored and trained character-based program managers that emulate the original ethos while at scale.

PM for development and execution of a new Systems Integration Lab for an RDEC customer; establishing an end to end environment that simulates, stimulates, and enables full integration of a family of Force Protection systems. Also serving as the capture manager and programmatic trainer of another start up project within the Operation, developing new customer base while providing systems engineering and programmatic support to two new Government customers.
