My management role involved me interviewing over 40 prospects for both Sales and Office roles, including on-boarding after hire. I created and implemented over 100 trainings on sales, office, data entry, and administrative content. I implemented conflict management strategies in both customer-facing and internal scenarios. I also worked with our CRM app developers to identify bugs in a Q.A. fashion.

Through humor and calculated questioning, I offer customers an enjoyable, efficient, and thoughtful shopping experience. My goal is to leave every customer better off than when they came through the door. I achieve this by educating my customers about the products and services we offer. Transparency is the key to success in sales.

My responsibilities as a tutor at UWEC's academic skill center focused on scaffolding difficult concepts for individuals so they could understand what they previously had difficulty grasping. A wide array of literacy strategies were required in tutoring students, where I excelled. I tutored in economics, reading and study skills (RSS), time management, and personal management.

As a Resident Assistant at UWEC my job essentially revolved around acclimating students to college life. Telling students about different events and opportunities that the university was offering was another primary role within this position. More generally, I was an older student that modeled what it would take to be successful at college.
