Effective strategies led to the re-organization of the Vocational Institute of Michigan (VIM) establishing on-line programs and broadened curriculum to include internships, and information technology training. Developed plans and strategies to monitor the quality and cost effectiveness of interns and structuring of internship programs. Oversee financial management of the VIM budget. Co-developed an onsite operations and maintenance assessment (OMA) plan to monitor the conditions of the work being performed by out-sourced service contractors. Information obtained serves as an invaluable tool in determining the upkeep costs of operations and maintenance of the real property.
